Specialty Coffee and Tea Recipes for Summertime

Cafe shop owners and coffee enthusiasts know that one of the best ways to beat the summer heat is to enjoy a tall glass of something cold to drink. But that doesn't mean that you have to stick to a traditional iced coffee. With a few coffee and tea products from our specialty coffee products offered by Waterfall Gourmet Beverages, you can introduce the following summertime beverages to your loyal customers:

Tropical Paradise Tea

This gourmet tea recipe puts a tropical spin on the traditional version of sweet tea. To make it, start by brewing up a pitcher of black tea. Then, stir in a splash of each of our peach, raspberry, and coconut syrups. Pour the tea into tall glasses that are filled full of crushed ice. Finally, finish the drink off with a few fresh mint leaves for a garnish.

Black Forest Coffee

This iced coffee drink tastes just like the dessert cake that has a similar name. So consider making it for your family and friends for an after-dinner beverage. Start by brewing one or two shots of espresso. Then, stir in two shots of both of our dark chocolate and cherry syrups. Pour the mixture over a generous amount of ice. Add enough milk to fill the glass up. Finish the drink off with a spray of fresh whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a maraschino cherry.

Desert Pear Tea

Desert pear tea is one of the simplest summertime drinks you can make. So it works great for whenever you are in a rush to make up a flavorful drink that doesn't require a lot of fuss. Begin with a pitcher of brewed black tea. Then, stir in three shots of our desert pear syrup. Pour the mixture over ice. A fresh pear slice that has been sprinkled with cinnamon is the perfect garnish to put on top.

White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Cookie Coffee

This coffee beverage is inspired by a cookie recipe that has tons of flavor. To make it, mix together two shots of espresso with a drizzle of macadamia nut syrup and two shots of white chocolate syrup. Add a splash of almond milk to make sure that the combination tastes smooth and creamy. Then, toss in a few ice cubes so that it stays nice and cold.

Spiced Orange Tea

Our beverage distributor company offers several different chai tea mixes, and they all work well for making this recipe. So feel free to purchase whichever one of them that is your favorite. For this drink, it is best to begin by following the directions on the package to make one cup of chai tea. Then, add in a splash of our orange syrup and a handful of crushed ice. Top the drink off with a scoop of fresh whipped cream that is sweetened with some of our toasted marshmallow syrup and a sprinkle of candied orange peels.
